Utkalpa: Journal of Management Innovation is committed to maintaining originality, academic integrity, and responsible use of technology in scholarly publishing.

Plagiarism policy

All submitted manuscripts must be original and properly cited. Plagiarism, duplicate publication, data fabrication, and inappropriate reuse of previously published work are prohibited.

Manuscripts may be screened using plagiarism-detection tools, and appropriate action will be taken in cases of suspected misconduct.

Artificial intelligence (AI) policy

Authors may use AI tools responsibly for research and writing assistance but must verify all facts, references, and findings. AI tools cannot be credited as authors.

Authors must disclose AI-generated content or assistance in accordance with the journal's requirements and remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, and integrity of their manuscripts. The journal reserves the right to reject manuscripts that violate its plagiarism or AI-use policies.
