Utkalpa: Journal of Management Innovation publishes original research papers, review articles, conceptual papers, and case studies in management, commerce, business administration, finance, entrepreneurship, innovation, and related interdisciplinary fields.
Content standards
All submissions must demonstrate academic relevance, originality, and adherence to ethical research practices. The journal reserves the right to reject manuscripts containing plagiarized, misleading, defamatory, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate content.
