Peer Review

Utkalpa: Journal of Management Innovation follows a double-blind peer-review process to ensure the quality, originality, relevance, and academic integrity of published research.

Review process

  1. Editorial screening. All submitted manuscripts are initially screened by the editorial team for relevance, originality, and compliance with submission guidelines.
  2. Independent expert review. Suitable manuscripts are sent to independent expert reviewers, whose identities remain concealed from the authors and vice versa. Reviewers evaluate manuscripts based on originality, methodology, scholarly contribution, clarity, and relevance to the journal's scope.
  3. Editorial decision. Based on reviewers' recommendations, the editor may accept, reject, or request revisions to a manuscript. The final publication decision rests with the Editor-in-Chief.

The journal maintains confidentiality, impartiality, and ethical standards throughout the review process.
